BADCCC was established in January 2010 :
The reason that the “BADCCC” was created was so that those of us with a passion for motor vehicles could enjoy classic motoring as a community, have a bit of fun, and help raise some money for charities along the way. Having a local club is much more accessible, especially for those of us with busy lives who, while we all appreciate the support of the larger “marque” clubs, often find it difficult to join in with their social events simply due to a lack of time.
BADCCC is a collection of enthusiasts who live in and around the Barkham (Berkshire) area and who share a passion for classic automobile engineering. BADCCC is now a significantly large club! ANY classic vehicle, motorcycle or other unusual vehicle (no longer in production) are welcome to join; along, of course, with their owners and families! Membership applications can be made via the contact information below.
Our general meeting place does vary, so please keep an eye on the BAD Calendar (or facebook page), where details of the next meeting will be shown shortly before the due date (usually the last Wednesday in the month).
Our Assembly Point for travel to events is generally the St James Church Hall car park (shown on the map above) and we are very grateful to St James’ church for the use of the area and we only use it when it is not required for any other church or village function. Therefore please watch for alternative meetings places as noted in the “BAD Calendar” or the “Club Meetings” information.
We do try to support charities whenever possible and often attend charitable events, providing classic vehicle displays. We have supported “Help for Heroes”, “The Air Ambulance”, and several local Village/Town events recently.
